We all like the sound of that. This blend was created to help you to calm your mind and body into relaxation before sleep. Being fully relaxed can lead to a better quality and depth of sleep.

Use one drop on a cotton ball or tissue placed near the headboard of your bed, or dilute to 3% with your favorite carrier oil and massage into the soles of your feet. Sleep Aid can also be used in your evening bath.
